For local delivery, all parcels are handled by Singapore Post Office via registered mail. Deliveries will be made within 7 working days. 

Registered Postage


The cost of registered postage deliveries is capped at a flat rate of $17.60 for item(s) that weigh 2kg or less. Order which exceeds this weight limit will have to be sent via Speedpost Islandwide instead. View local parcel rates below.

Parcel sent under this mode will be received at your doorstep, and signature is required upon deliveries. We strongly advise you to opt for registered postage with tracking capability. You may track your parcel status when you log into your account. If you haven't received your order after 7 working days, kindly contact our Customer Service Team to retrieve your registered parcel number.

Please note that the postman will leave a notification slip if there is no one at the mailing address on delivery. The notification slip will advise you how you can retrieve the parcel at the nearest post office.

For international delivery, all parcels are handled by Speedpost EMS, you will be guaranteed with the most economical shipping rates for your every order. The shipping rates will depend on the total weight of the orders and the country of the delivery.

All international orders are shipped out as registered mails to ensure that your purchases reach you safely. Please allow 8-14 working days for delivery. We regret that no express shipment is available.

Taxes and Duties


Please note that JUMBO is not responsible for taxes or duties incurred on international shipping. Any duties, taxes and shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid if instructed to do so. Please contact your local customs office on information regarding customs taxes and duties before ordering.

Kindly note that JUMBO will not be responsible for any delays or custom charges imposed by the county of destination and shipping time indicated above does not include any unforeseen custom delays. Refused international packages will also incur a return shipping charge equal to the original shipping cost.

Accuracy of Shipping Information


Please make sure your information is correct on your order form. All orders are shipped to the address EXACTLY as it is entered on the order form at checkout. Shipping labels are printed automatically from your input so please be sure to check and double check your address. Any item(s) returned to us because of an incorrect or insufficient address, we will incur a return shipping charge equal to the original shipping cost. If we are unable to reship your order, we will credit back to your account, the original purchase price minus a 10% handling fee. Please be sure to check your address.


Product Quality


At JUMBO, we strive to make every customer truly satisfied with their purchase. All items undergo quality control and are checked for any faults before they are dispatched. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on our online store. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.

Defected / Faulty Item


Should you receive an item that you feel it is not in a perfect condition or not up to your satisfaction, kindly drop us an email immediately at, and please include as many details as possible (e.g. order number, name, contact no, reason of return, picture of faults) about the problem. We will reply you within 1 or 2 working days. Please be aware that we can only replace the faulty goods for the same product in the same size, subject to availability.

  • All exchange policy is non-negotiable.
  • Local orders (Singapore) are non-refundable.
  • International orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • Sales items for ALL Local and International orders are strictly non-refundable & non-exchangeable.


All exchanges have to be mailed back to us within 10 working days from the day the parcel was delivered. Exchanges will only be done for an item(s) in its original condition (tag intact, unused, unopened and unaltered). Exchanges for articles which do not meet all four conditions will be duly declined.

All items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure that they are adequately protected in transit, and it will be your responsibility until they reached our office. Hence we strongly recommend you to opt for a registered postage service that allows tracking of parcel.
