I can't remember my password, what should I do?

If you cannot remember your password, click on 'Forgot password' and follow the instructions to have the password email resent to you.

Do i need to create an account in order to shop at your website?

Yes! Setting up an account will allow you to order without having to fill in your details every time you shop with us, and will give you benefits such as order tracking, regular newsletters, and first-hand news of our exclusive discounts and special offers. You can either choose to sign up with us right away or do your shopping first or sign up upon checking out.

PAYMENTS

What are the payment methods?

Payment can be made via Neratel, and any other methods which may be clearly advertised on JUMBO from time to time. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon dispatch of your order by JUMBO. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All transaction charges by Neratel are fully borne by JUMBO.

What currencies can i use?

All our prices are quoted in SGD. If you are a customer whose credit card is not denominated in SGD, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your credit card company processes the transaction.
